You Only Need To Be A Problem Solver

Part of my business is offering private label WordPress plugins for sale. Before I move on, let me explain a little bit about that since there’s always questions how plugins can be private label. Well, the concept is simple. If you are familiar with content being private label, basically you buy the license to re-brand and modify the plugin to suit your followers. You are then free to sell that modified copy or give it away.

That’s a great question to which I say. You don’t have to be. You only need to be a problem solver.

Did you know, in my teens when IBM PCs were new and Macintoshes were leaders, I refused to touch the computer fearing it would break.

When I started my marketing business and had to create a website, I didn’t know how a domain connected to a web host, the first time I ever logged on to cPanel, I almost fainted because it was so terribly technical and had zero clue where to begin, where to upload my files or even how to upload them. And PHP, what in the world is that? Yeah it was pretty bad.

However, there’s one thing I had and that was a little bit of courage and a relentless belief that I can solve this – whatever this happens to be.

As issues cropped up, they got solved either by asking wise folks who know a lot more than me about that area, or searching and digging deep. Other times, I’d hire out help. All the time, I am learning something new. Soon, it got to a point where I didn’t have to ask the basic stuff anymore.

Today, all you need to do is head over to StackExchange for the enormous wealth of responsive geeks who will answer your questions for nothing on a variety of subjects.  That’s how you grow your knowledge. During this process, your confidence playing in the technical industry also grows and before you know it, people look at you as the expert.
