If you’ve ever tried to outsource, you know that finding good help is not easy. Yeah, I know there are places like Elance, Rentacoder and all those and they work to some extent. However, if you are like me who first prefer to hire people who are knowledgeable about Internet Marketing or Marketing in general, that’s not always easy.

 

Thankfully, my friends Nicole and Darina have come up with Shelancers. This is now my new first stop when I need to hire work out. Shelancers is for freelancers and business owners like us.

If you are looking to hire someone, you’ll find a directory of qualified, knowledgeable and reliable freelancers. They don’t take a cut from either you or the freelancer. You negotiate your work and pay independently. Going through the directory, I recognize some names, some of them I work with and know they do fantastic work.

In order to get listed in Shelancers, these women must sign on as a member. Shelancers also trains and educate them in other areas like affiliate marketing. To me, this is a great plus because I really don’t have time to educate my crew about the intricacies of Internet Marketing. If they already ‘get it’, the less I need to train.
