I don’t normally post support issues here because there is a helpdesk for that but I had this question come into my helpdesk section and unfortunately, no return email was left and really, I hate not answering people’s questions. So here it is.
Q: Does your web based conferencing tool have a scheduling component where you can provide an access code for a later date?
A: No. Unlike many other systems that have a scheduling system attached to it, ours does not, allowing you to have complete control over your own scheduling and your leads. However, we are happy to assist you setup a system if you do not have one.
