Time To Review Your Terms of Sale or Use

A Texas district court has ruled that Blockbuster’s terms of use cannot be enforced because the terms included a clause that said it could change at any time. From my understanding (please consult your attorney), because the agreement has that “could change at any time” clause the whole agreement is no longer valid. Which means, if you have that in your terms of service or terms of sale, it’s a good time to update/change it. Granted this is a district court ruling but these things have legs.

So… *sigh* another thing to put on the to do list.
