Unlike services like Vonage and Packet 8, the equipment is mine. vBuzzer has an active forum where you can search for answers or ask for help.
The only thing that gets to me is it’s pre-paid. So I have to top up the account before billing charges me every month or I’ll have to pay normal per minute rates for that month which still isn’t bad at a penny a minute.
