I’ve been following Visual Communicator since it’s launch. Folks, this software is truly the easiest way to add professional video to your website and it’s awesome. There are few software that really get me going but Visual Communicator is one of them.

Ok first, let’s get it straight, there are other super easy ways to add video to your website or blog and they have their pros. It really depends what you want and how you want your videos to look like. To me, services like Instant Video Generator is awesome for Vlogging because it’s web based and you can just whip out your laptop, hook on a camera and Vlog from anywhere you get internet access. But doing so would mean you get very unfinished videos.

Just like podcasting, some people insists on studio quality segments some don’t. If you’re more of the studio quality type of blogger or want to add video to your website for commercial purposes, I highly recommend Visual Communicator 2.

You really have to see it to believe it. You can have all those super effects and look just like you’re broadcasting from a studio. You also get this very cool background so you can add any background you like during editing! This is worth so much money on it’s own I cannot tell you how troublesome it is to hang my white sheets and try to make them perfectly flat etc. With Visual Communicator, you can add video your website of you on a nice white sandy beach even though you’re holed up in a cramped office room.

Ok so you’re thinking this is going to be very geeky and hard to use right. Absolutely not. I’ve used many video editing software but this is truly easy to add video to your website. I would even go as far to say it’s easier than the popular Ulead which I’ve been using to edit my videos. My only gripe with it is it cannot output flash but you can always convert it using something like Sorenson Squeeze.

Just checked out the new version features – it’s a wonder how they can make this great software even better. If you want to add video to your website, this is one to get.

p/s: forgot to say, Serious Magic, the company behind this software is also going to release Vlog It soon. It’s like Visual Communicator except it’ll be cheaper. Maybe a few features missing I dunno but it will be good.
