I’ve been using Mozy for a while and am really happy that it is literally set & forget. Every night a little window popups on my screen to tell me the backup is done. Always a nice feeling. I also like that there are multiple ways of restoring your backup, including DVD which is always nice if you’ve got huge, huge backups that just aren’t practical to do online or you just like to have a hard copy.
