I don’t normally post virus stuff but this got my attention because it can attack PDF files and since many of us distribute PDF files and use them a lot, thought I’d just give you a heads up before you lose those precious files and nope I don’t have a wife 😉

Win/MyWife is a worm detected last month and sets itself to corrupt your files on the third day every month. The first time it will unleash it’s malicious intent on unsuspecting computer users is tomorrow, February 3rd, 2006 so if you haven’t updated your antivirus or worst don’t have one (horrors) do so now. As usual, don’t accept any attachments you aren’t familiar with and if you know that person, asking them if they sent that you a file before opening it is a good idea.
