Well I’ve been living in a daze all week and haven’t told you about the iRiver week at Amazon. It’s almost over – ends on the 24th of October so you might want to make your way to iRiver Week real quick. Many people have asked me about the iRiver and recording capabilities for podcasting. I haven’t encountered anything bad about it. In fact as you will see in an earlier entry about mp3 recording, people love it. A little pricey? Maybe but it seems to have a good track record. Besides with the iRiver week you could save yourself some cash.

I’ve also looked into Creative recently for podcasting but I haven’t been able to get much feedback on its recording quality. Also, only selected models have the line-in capability. So make sure you double check the specs. Same with iRiver but most iRiver models have line in.
