Do You Buy Software For Your Assistant?
In any brick and mortar business, it is expected the company has all the equipment and software for their staff to work. For many of us in online businesses, we may not always have a real office and most of our ‘staff’ are really freelancers who are expected to have their own tools and software.

But sometimes it is not fair to expect them to have that a particular software. For example, once, I hired someone to help me with article submissions. To speed up her job, I sent her a software purchased earlier.
I think it is necessary when you’re doing or using something that is not all that common. But I’ve also purchased software like RoboForm for my assistants. It wasn’t a must have in this case but felt it would help them manage my numerous logins.
What about you? Have you and will you purchase software for your assistant(s) so they can better support you?

I’ve bought things like Super Duper Slow Downer, Docuprinter LT and Microsoft Front Page for my assistants through the years 🙂
I think it’s a good thing to do and haven’t minded the expense.
