Hi Allison. There are several places I normally head to when I need a developer. If it is a one off project, RentACoder is a good place to start. When I need someone on a long term on going basis, I will head on over to ODesk. They work a little differently in the sense you can hire people on an hourly basis much like hiring a VA.

This is works well if you expect a lot of support, followup and you fully intend to update/upgrade your script later on.
