How To Jazz Up Your Podcast With Audio Acrobat
Looking into my mailbag which is managed with EasyInternetSurvey, I found this question submitted by Elizabeth Ashe.
“How do i add music to my podcast through audio acrobat?”
Thank you so much for sending the question in Elizabeth. Since I do not use Audio Acrobat, I sought out my good friend and Internet radio pro Kelly McCausey to help answer your question. Here’s what she says.
If you want to have music laid in behind your voice or you wish to have some music fade into and fade out of your voice segments you are going to have to download your audio to your own computer and edit in the audio with software like Audacity, then reupload it to be used online.
If on the other hand you just want some introductory music with no overlap, you can create a playlist in Audio Acrobat and just line up the segments in the order you want them played and grab a player or Mp3 link for the playlist to share online.
I recommend the first option since it gives you a smooth more professional sound – but when you’re in a time pinch, the Audio Acrobat playlist can be helpful.

Is there a good place to find intro music and such without having to worry about legal stuff?
Great post!

Hey Annette, I picked up a package of music from eBay – before anyone jumps on me let me say the music is sold by the author themselves. Other than that I’ve tried MusicBakery.com (not free but very reasonable) and also take a look at Podsafe music network http://music.podshow.com/
