Did You Hear (And See?)
Gmail now has video and voice chat. I hopped on there for a few minutes with Kelly McCausey. Very neat-o and we were quite pleased with the video quality. The audio came through nice and clear as well. We could only talk to each other. So no 3-way chat but who knows.
Video and voice chat is of course nothing new. It’s been around for ages but having it right inside your email and being able to connect with those already in your email is nice – no need to re-invite others and look up people. Here’s a short, sweet and kinda funny video how it works.
