Do You Know What Your Sites Look Like

It’s not new. Every web site owner (particularly their developers) get super frustrated over how different their web sites can look from one browser to another. Lately, I’ve been on a mission to remove tables from my site designs.

In most cases I’m successful but other times it’s just so frustrating, a few sections have to be reverted to tables temporarily to save time. The problem is, you usually won’t know how it looks like until someone tells you. And by then, who knows have many people have left your site out of frustration?

In our household, we have several computers of different ages. So, I’m lucky to have three versions of Windows, a mobile device and a Mac to test. Which means I can see how the site looks like in most browsers and operating systems. But what if you don’t have that luxury? Here are two tools that you can use. BrowserShots.org and BrowserCam.com.
