Too Many Passwords To Remember

In this day and age, few people I know do not have this problem. In some ways I think it’s a little worse for the entreprenuer because each time you purchase a new ebook, software, join a new affiliate program or simply want to test out a new system you end up with yet another password.

I personally use SplashID which syncs to my PDA and I really like it. However recently this sofware Access Manager caught my attention because it is quite a few features I wish SplashID had. Here’s a highlight of what the nice features are:
On screen keyboard – do you ever type in your password worrying about unknown spyware programs that log your keyboard strokes? Well the on screen keyboard is supposed to help put your mind at ease. Instead of using the normal keyboard you would use your mouse to punch in the characters.

Multi User Access – sometimes your staff need to access certain websites on your behalf. Instead of giving them full access, you can configure their access groups.

Install On Portable Media – now this is really nice. You can take the whole application with you wherever you go on a portable USB drive. Although note of caution, if you do this, you want to take extra precautions. The bad part is, it can only be used on computers with Microsoft .NET installed.

And finally it stores your data in encrypted format so your data is secure – as should a good password manager do. There is a free version and a pro version. Try Access Manager out you may like it.
