Package Your RSS Feeds Into PDF
I came accross this utility while doing a vanity search 🙂 RSS 2 PDF creates a PDF file from an RSS feed. At first, I kept wondering how would one use this? Especially from a marketer’s viewpoint? And here are my thoughts:
- Offer it as a convenience to your readers. In some ways, a PDF is more portable – they can read it from a non internet connected mobile device
- Create a feed that you continually update with useful tips on whatever your niche is, call it an e-book and let people download it.
- An extension to last idea – you could even sell your content by making this a private access only item. Each time you update the feed, the ‘book’ updates too. Now that’s instant and easy self publishing 🙂 that kinda makes your book a ‘live’ book.
- Do you realize this tool makes it really easy to write your own e-book? Writing in small chunks always work a lot better and faster than sitting down to right the whole book at one go.
So what do you think? Did that spark any ideas for you?
