While going through the Blogging Starter Pack recently, my friend Olga and I got into a discussion about blogging automation and software.

I come on very strong when it comes to blogging software especially automated ones mostly because I’ve been burnt. It wouldn’t be so bad if they cost me under $100 but some of those I’ve bought cost much more than that and the techniques it uses can actually land you in hot soup and usually those simply re-blog content without permission or content the orginal blogger does not wish re-published. This is a pretty big topic with many grey areas that I’ll certainly expand more in the Blogging Starter Pack’s next updates but at this point in time I’d wish to express not all blogging automation is bad.

If a piece of software helps reduce a blogger’s work how can it be considered bad right? The thing is there are just so many of them out there and I promise you more will come it’s a matter of choosing the ‘right’ types of software that help you blog responsibly and build your expert credibility.
