Lately, I’ve overhead my friends Kelly and Alice tell the people they mentor how they need to keep in touch and up to date because things change – rapidly. You expect to learn something once and be know all about it. Hey, didn’t someone once said learning is a life long process? So why do we not remember and apply that in our business?
