VA's Upgrade Your Skills

trafficjamJohn Reese releases TrafficJam. I wasn’t doing too well with the BlogRush widget. It did send me some traffic but not enough to justify the space so off it went for a few weeks.

Ok, yeah so I understand the compelling (click me) subject line is important for BlogRush. But writing an award winning subject line for every post can be pretty tough. Not to mention sometimes difficult with dry technical topics. One can only try.

So BlogRush is back and hopefully I’ll make it into TrafficJam and more BR clicks.

By the way, I found an interesting BlogRush widget the other day while researching other widgets. BlogRush Click Maximizer sounds logical and I might give it a go. Why not make the best effort in BR when it’s already taking up space right?

I am not 100% clear on it’s features yet. I just glossed through it but it seems it’ll change the BR category for each of your posts, thus boosting the relevance. Take a look for yourself.

I did the exact same thing! Took it off, put it back on.

That Click Maximizer sounds pretty cool and would work great on my widget if it works, since I have 2 category choices that go well with my blog. I’ll have to check it out. Thanks Lynette! :)

@carrie I think we are not alone. Heard a lot of people did the same thing

@Arika Oh yes. Even though their categories are pretty broad there are still quite a few of them. Let me know how it works for you.

I’ve got one up…we’ll see if I find it worthy to take up so much of my blog real estate. LOL

@Nell, Yup! I’m just testing this out all over again. I don’t know how much it will help but I do admit the site itself has so far been a great idea starter. I’ve put it on my list of research sites.
