A few weeks ago, I saw a new show on Bravo - Outrageous and Contagious: Viral Videos and I thought to myself WOW I knew video is big but a whole TV show about Internet Videos? That’s something else. Today, I watched CNN and there it was - a segment about Bravo’s Viral Internet Video shows. Not only did they do an interview but they also played several hilarious videos. The coverage is dizzying. Well I didn’t make any of those - bummer :-) but the point is, Internet video has reached a whole new level. I believe it’s no longer if it can work but rather producing the right videos that people want to watch and want to pass on. Before long, these free video clips will turn into paid video - it’s already happening. You can sell your videos on Google Video. Which leads me to my point(s):

1. Free video is great as a marketing tool
2. People watch video and it helps clarify your product
3. Video can be your new product

Anyhow, I want to share some videos one of my newsletter readers created lately. I watched them last night and am totally blown away how great a job he’s done. If you’re reading Doug, the videos are great; now, I totally ‘get’ the value of your product. Visit http://www.lookwhatidrawed.com

As Lynette said, the potential of creating viral video is very exciting! My wife Cindy and I have been brainstorming on some fun ideas that involve real life situations involving parents and kids …dramatized and exagerated to make them very fun. If anyone has some ideas for potential story lines we could film, we’d love to hear about them. Doug.

Our latest video at http://www.look-what-i-drawed.com is about a bear in our living room… and a special invitation to an open house event on April 2. it’s very fun.

So if anyone lives close to us [Alice Seba I know you do], we’d love to see you and your family on Sunday. It’s part of a charity initiative to raise money for kids with disabilities. All the best from Doug, Cindy and our 2 wonderful kids (Willow and Fisher).
