So Easy We Almost Always Forget About It

June 3rd, 2008

This is a mid year reminder to…

It is time to update your autoresponder.

This reminder came right in the middle of subscribing to a list that I [had] to get on. You see, I missed the launch of a software I have been waiting for.

The web page indicated the launch is over and the product is no longer available. But I figured, maybe there’s info behind the opt-in or in the autoresponder that may tell me about their plans when they will re-open or put me on their wait list or something.

What I received instead was a thank you page that did not tell me anything of that sort. That’s alright, I can overlook that. When the first autoresponder message came through, it said in the subject line…

Hmm… maybe I did miss something on the thank you page. So I open the email but sadly realized the message

Twitter: The One Thing Everyone Misses

April 23rd, 2008

Last week, at MomMasterminds, we had a call about Twitter and we talked about the many ways we use Twitter. Among our peers too there has been several interviews and talk about how they use Twitter for business. The general consensus is relationship building, getting personal, another avenue to expose your blog, your company and your product.

TwitterIt’s an info gold mine and it is live.

1-Adding “Bookmark with the little icons

2-I have 2 different providers for my website & my email list making them flow better.

3-Adding a blog (rss feed?) -Do you do business consultation? - Camille

helpdeska.jpgHeya Camille,

What fun and lovely murals. Your site is a classic online store and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. What you need is not to add all these bookmarks to the site because when people are there, you want them to focus on buying.

But I do see where having a blog to compliment the site would be very beneficial. There are so many things to blog about in your line. You can share ideas, talk about

No Need For Cut Throat Tactics

March 29th, 2008

Quick update this Saturday. Yes, I know I am not supposed to be working. But I can’t help it. After all, it is such a fantastic deal for a great cause. You probably know by now my pal Alice Seba. She started her whole Internet Marketing Sweetie empire with this one course titled… Internet Marketing Sweetie.

The whole premise about this course really is getting back to basics. Being nice, playing fair and getting ahead at the same time. No matter what you’ve been told, there’s really no need to resort to cut throat tactics to have a successful business. Especially these days… people are savvy, they will sniff you out, blog about it out loud and spread the word about you through the social network grape vines.

Well… I’m getting away from the point. The point is, the Internet Marketing Sweetie course is now free. Yay! But more importantly, when you download the course, you
