Over the summer, I purchased a small book of activities for kids. The seller is a nice lady and the product was really good. The only problem is not a problem for me at all but for her.
In the auction, she mentioned about delivery which is by email attachment and to give her time since she’s a busy mom and teacher. Immediately I went to check out her other listings. She not only had tons of other listings, she has an eBay store. Wow. I can’t imagine how she finds time to do all that and why when all this can be automated and she could save that time manually delivering products to be with her family instead.
Although I shouldn’t be, I’m a little surprised people still deliver digital products manually. If you’re selling digital products, do consider WAHMCart, E-junkie, tradebit.com and payloadz.com. These are very affordable digital delivery systems and they are really ‘point and click’ easy to use. You may not even need any kind of system if you’re already using Aweber (an
autoresponder) system. You can set it up so that the customer gets a welcome email, instructions how to download your product automatically after order.

Digital delivery is not new to me, but I did not know about the service providers you’ve mentioned here.
One of my businesses still delivers products manually, and it’s time we stopped. As you point out, it doesn’t make sense to continue the manual process when time and money is saved with every transaction.
Hi there, thanks for dropping by. Digital delivery is very liberating as you’ve already witnessed on your other products. I also think it’ll better handle fulfillment when you do something right and get a flood of orders. Hope you find something that’ll work out for you.
