Podcast For Your Podcast
May 14th, 2005That’s a tongue twister isn’t it? I found OpenPodcast recently. It allows people to contribute to a podcast. You can email your audio file to them or you can call in and record. You’re only allowed 5 minutes or less.
So I thought… wouldn’t this be a great way to promote your podcast? Just take an old recording, cut it down if it’s longer than 5 minutes, mix in a short message like “listen to the complete recording at www.yourpodcast.com” or you could create an ‘ad’ just for it

Lynnette, if people have a family friendly podcast, they can submit it to our FamilyFriendlyPodcasts.com directory, which is also a podcast in itself.
So when you list your podcast with us, you submit a link to one of your shows (in it’s entirety), and if accepted, it’s added to our alphabetical directory as well as our “latest additions” podcast.
