How Do You Publish Your Blog Posts?

You may know that I consistently use and recommend Ecto to compose my blog posts. Just a quirk of mine, preferring offline editing to web-based. Lately, I’ve been testing out Windows Live Writer and kinda like it.
The only down side is, I haven’t quite figured out where - if it has the feature - to add WordPress tags. This is different from the Insert Tags feature which simply links to Technorati. I’m talking about WordPress’ built in tagging system.
What do you prefer to edit your blog posts with?

I’m stuck in the dark ages. I write my posts in Notepad, then copy and paste them into Wordpress. You’d think that being a self-proclaimed geek girl that I’d have tried all those programs out by now!

Hi there–you can actually set WordPress tags by showing the Property Tray (the little up-arrow next to the custom date field, at the bottom of the screen) and putting something in the Keywords field.
