Every Contact Is An Opportunity
April 24th, 2006Read this article on Clickz News recently and it quickly reminded me of something short, sweet but very important and possibly, highly profitable. That every contact we have with our customers is an opportunity. Lately, I became aware of a lot of virtual real estate not being fully utilized.
Yes, I utliize my thank you pages but what about welcome emails, confirmation emails - you know the ones where if they decide not to join the list, that might be the last chance to tell them about something.
I’m sure I’ll find out more as I go along. What about you which not-at-once-obvious-place do you find opportunity put in a quick message or two?
