That could mean, if you uploaded a folder outside of WP - or&lt;br&gt;create pages outside of WP, these don&#039;t get backed up or scanned. It&lt;br&gt;all depends how things are set up. Most sites that have been built&lt;br&gt;before going WP usually has some residual like that. My backup methods&lt;br&gt;are universal and works for both WP sites and non WP sites so I&#039;m not&lt;br&gt;using multiple backups methods.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Also, while there are some great security scanning plugins, I&lt;br&gt;personally find they tend to bring up a lot of false positives. If you&lt;br&gt;know how to read them then it you&#039;ll know what to ignore but many&lt;br&gt;don&#039;t and sometimes causes unnecessary panic.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Like I said, just preference.
